Turkey Day
We had OUR turkey day on Sunday. This is my first turkey (well, mine and Chris'.... he helped). It was moist and good, but I am going to have to ask Aunt Dee about her perfect skin!
We also had mashed potatoes, corn and REAL cranberry sauce...

Congratulations,Kara & Chris. That first turkey is always a bit intimidating and you did quite well. To have moist turkey your first time around is quite a feat.
I'd be glad to share my recipe with you (I got it off the Food Network website) but it's a lot of work. Of course, it's well worth it. :o)
